Our white-glove delivery service ensures a seamless experience. We deliver, set up, and clean up furniture before each event, taking care of breakdown, cleaning, and returning products to our warehouse.

We serve Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Spring, The Woodlands, Galveston, Cypress, Humble, Tomball, League City, Pasadena, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Surrounding Areas.

Our rentals are great for outdoor events, but only few items are waterproof. However, it's crucial to have a rain plan in case of unexpected weather changes.

Weather insurance is recommended for automatic store credit in case of cancellation due to bad weather. Without insurance, cancellations result in losing your deposit.

Accidents happen. If the item is beyond repair, you may be liable for three to five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. LED dance floor replacement price can go up to 10 times the rental fee.
Reservations

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit, a signed digital agreement, a copy of your driver’s license, and a credit card on file are required.

Booking as early as possible is recommended for guaranteed availability. Last-minute rentals are subject to inventory availability.

Items can be swapped for equal-value products or added 24 hrs before delivery time.. Full payment of the balance is required before delivery.

We do not provide refunds or cancellations due to our limited equipment quantities and advanced reservations.

Pricing, Payments & Fees

Pricing is based on a 24-hour period, with delivery on the day of the event and pick-up the day after. We offer weekly rates at 3x the daily rate. Monthly rates are available upon inquiry.

In addition to the rental price, a 10% labor fee covers setup, breakdown, and cleaning. Delivery fees vary based on distance, typically $80-$100 in Houston.

Yes, we have a minimum delivery requirement, starting at $275 depending on the distance. The online booking system indicates the minimum based on your zip code.
